[cvsnt] Migrating a repository from CVSNT 2.0.8 to 2.5.03

Correct, newer versions of CVSNT introduced new administrative files and 
deprecated old ones, for example, from the manual:

> * Postcommit
This script is called after a commit has completed. Its use has largely been 
superceded by the use of the postcommand script.

> * History
The file $REAL_CVSROOT/CVSROOT/history is used to log information for the 
history command (the section called "history--Show status of files and 
 users"). This file must be created to turn on logging. For new 
installations it is preferred to setup auditiing rather than use the history 
file. In a future release the history file will be deprecated.
