You have to give file/folder level permission, give the modify privilege
to the windows user and try,

I am getting this error while I try to commit files in CVS NT server. 
 
"cvs [server aborted]: cannot rename file
/intranet/calleo/work/casemgmt/js/,QueryBuild.js, to
/intranet/calleo/work/casemgmt/js/QueryBuild.js,v: Permission denied"
 
Please help me
