[cvsnt] HELP needed: My CVSNT (cvsnt-2.5.03.2382) is not cachingexternal RSH program (CYGWIN's SSH)

Thanks, Arthur. I have configured Putty and it is working fine. So, the
problem is with CYGWIN's SSH. It is really troubling me whenever we install
windows updates.
