3.Set the configuration files.

There are several configuration files supplied with UD6/CMTOOL. You do not need to modify the settings in these for a ‘normal’ installation.

They control the behavior of three functions of the UD6/CMTOOL driver:

The location of the files is specified in the ‘config’ parameter in the assignment file, eg:

USYS$UD6_PARAMS = mmf files 255, config h:\uniface\usys72\bin\

Steps to installing UD6

Next Step Modify ASN [PATHS] and [ENTITIES].
Prev Step Modify ASN [SETTINGS] and [DRIVER_SETTINGS].
Step 1 Modify your configuration file(s) to load UD6 DLL.
Step 5 Initialise the UD6/CMtool repository.
Step 6 Prepare repository export.
Step 7 Import repository into UD6/CMtool.
Step 8 TIMESTAMPs.
Step 9 Uniface 10.2.2 Example.
