Hi,
i've made an awfull adaptation for mandrake10 it is available at
ftp://ftp.ipbs.fr/pub/linux/Mandrake/

A) building : simply launch rpm --rebuild cvsnt... (or ./rpmmake from the
mandrake directory if tarball )
-it generate src and binary
(the configure is configure --disable-sspi --prefix=/usr
--sysconfdir=/etc/cvsnt --localstatedir
=/var/cvsnt --libdir=/usr/lib --enable-pserver --enable-server)
B) installing the binary (rpm -ivvh ...)
Some modifications are made :
-the repository is : /usr/local/cvsntrepos (if it doesnt exist it is created and
initialized)
-creates cvsuser (account; passwd : cvsuser) and cvsusers (group)
-install via xinetd, the cvs pserver dameon runs under cvsuser.cvsusers
(all instructions are visible with rpm -ivvh ... ; in order to have them silent,
suppress the line $DEBUG=1; in install_cvsnt.pl and uninstall_cvsnt.pl and rerun
./rpmmake )
after install, you should try:
cvs -d :pserver:cvsuser@<machine>:/usr/local/cvsntrepos login
<enter your passwd, wich is cvsuser for the account cvsuser)
cvs -d :pserver:cvsuser@<machine>:/usr/local/cvsntrepos ls
HOPE This helps ... :-}
