Not bad, as long as you trust everyone with access to your LAN.  pserver 
would be the 'weak link' in the chain for someone who wanted to 
compromise your user passwords.  Better to use SSPI, or not use domain 
accounts with pserver.  However, if security is not a concern for you 
then use whatever!
