[cvsnt] Renaming Files Within a Module

Hi,
I have come across some issues.
Well, I am using CVSNT 2.0.58d installed on a Windows 2003 Server, and 
am using Tortoise CVS as the client.

Well, I have already imported some modules on the CVS Server, and maade 
changes commit etc.
And now, I need to rename some files within a particular module.

Can anyone guide me on how to rename the files.  And will there be any 
effect if the name of the files are changed.
