[cvsnt] cvs ignoring .dll files

I guess so, although a.out isn't common in projects.. all the temporary stuff 
is still very unixy, as is the binary stuff.. I've just added a few windows 
specific ones.

btw. it wasn't me that added .exe either... the original list is
