[cvsnt] CVSNT Control Panel on Vista?

I have Vista Home Premium. I've recently installed CVSNT Server 2.5.03.2382. The installation went fine, but I cannot open the Service control panel!
 
After googling, I found out that this was a problem amongst many Vista users, but I couldn't find a solution. Should I download CVSNT Server 2.5.04 (from where?) or is there another solution to the problem? Could somebody please help me out.
