[cvsnt] Feature request for 2.5.04 or TortoiseCVS 1.10.8

Part of the problem is that 2.5.04 has a 'server' and 'client' package
and 2.5.03 only has one, so installing a new 'client' has some odd
effects.  I'm not really sure if there is an 'easy' solution to this...
