[cvsnt] Control Panel Applet Not Working

I have installed CVSNT on my XP computer.  The control panel applet does not 
appear in the Control Panel.  I tried running from the CVSNT installation 
directory, it doesn't work there either (neither simcpl.clp or cvsnt.cpl). 
If I install v2.0.51d, I do get the cp applet.  However I would like to get 
the latest version working.

Does anyone know the fix for this bug?
